泰勒流下结构化多相反应器内的液侧传质特性

采用定态溶氧法,实验测定了结构化反应器床层内的液侧体积传质系数,考察了表观气、液速度对液侧传质系数的影响,比较了三种不同孔密度的结构化床层(50cpsi、100cpsi和400cpsi)内的液侧体积传质系数。结果表明,床层内的液侧传质系数随液体表观速度增大而增大;同一液速下,随气体表观速度增大亦增大;大孔密度的床层具有更高的液侧传质系数。另外,对传质系数进行了无因次关联,所得关联式的预测误差在30%以内。
he present work studied liquid side mass transfer coefficients of monolithic reactors in the Taylor flow regime. Effects of different operation conditions, and different cell densities (in cpsi) on the liquid phase volumetric mass transfer coefficient were investigated. The results show that the mass transfer coefficient increases with increasing superficial gas velocity and superficial liquid velocity. And the mass transfer coefficient increases with an increase in cell density of monolith. Finally an empirical correlation which is used to predict the mass transfer coefficient was obtained, with an relative error within ±30%.
