螯合剂对Cd在土壤、紫花苜蓿中积累的影响研究

通过室内静态吸附和盆栽实验,以新疆干旱区某石化污水库周边土壤为研究对象,考察了没食子酸(GA)、EDTA、柠檬酸(CA)的投加对土壤中镉(Cd)的形态分布及对紫花苜蓿富集Cd量影响。表明:(1)与GA、CA相比,EDTA对提升水溶态Cd含量效果较为显著,相比对照增大了55.17倍。随着土壤中螯合剂浓度的增大,可交换态Cd含量都有很小幅度的上升。(2)投加考察浓度范围螯合剂均可显著提升Cd在紫花苜蓿中富集,其中,GA对提升地下部Cd富集含量作用小于EDTA、大于CA;紫花苜蓿茎对Cd的富集含量在投加1 mmol/kg螯合剂时均上升到最高点,大小为:EDTA>GA>CA;与EDTA、CA相比,投加低浓度GA(0.01-1 mmol/kg)对提升叶富集Cd的效果最佳。(3)通过比较富集系数发现,土壤中投加15 mmol/kg GA后紫花苜蓿转运Cd能力最佳,且投加GA对紫花苜蓿转运Cd的系数大于CA、EDTA,因此与EDTA、CA相比,在不影响植物生长前提下,GA对紫花苜蓿从土壤转移Cd 的效果较好。

In order to investigate the effects of agents at levels of 0.01-15 mmol/kg on Cd accumulated in alfalfa by experiments pot and various forms scales of Cd in soils by static adsorption .Results showed that : the more agents in soils the higher percentage of water-soluble Cd and reach climax at level of 15 mmol/kg on EDTA. Percentage of exchangeable Cd is increasing with higher concentration agents added in soils but without distinct difference. Gallic acid(GA)、EDTA mobilize Cd effectively、similarly at level of 5 mmol/kg and GA is more suit for mobilizing Cd in soils than EDTA。(2)Agents at levels 0-1mmol/kg, accumulated of Cd in root、leaf greatly increased. The effects from three agents in promoting accumulation of Cd in root : EDTA> GA> Citric (CA), the effects of three agents in promoting accumulation of Cd in stem: EDTA> GA> CA. The promoting effects on accumulation of Cd in leaves : GA > EDTA > CA.(3)In generally, transformation rate of Cd in Alfalfa is rising when concentration of CA、GA increase ,and GA has higher values compared with CA。
