由电负媒质和磁负媒质组成的一维光子晶体会出现零有效相位能隙,此能隙的宽度,中心频率出现的位置几乎与电磁波入射角没有关系,能制造全向反射镜。当此光子晶体中有一层各向异性缺陷层时,在零有效能隙中出现缺陷模,缺陷模的频率除了与入射角度几乎没有关系以外,缺陷模的频率还可以通过改变各向异性媒质的光轴取向来调节,为可调全向滤波器提供了一种可行的制造方法。

In this paper,a novel defect mode come from one photonic crystal consisting in single-negative media with anisotropic defect layer is studied. In zero-phase-shif gap, a narrow pass-band appeared. The frequency of this defect mode could be tuned by rotating the anisotropic media in the center of this one-demensional photonic crystal. This tunable filter could use in microwave or photonic wave.
