In recent years, the dairy industry has achieved sustained development, and the requirements for logistics services in the dairy supply chain have continued to increase. At the same time, the diseconomies of scale caused by the expansion of the industry cannot be ignored. Two logistics outsourcing modes for the dairy supply chain, namely the retailer outsourcing mode and the manufacturer outsourcing mode, were studied to construct game-theoretic models of the dairy supply chain consisting of manufacturer, retailer, and third-party logistics company. The impact of external factors such as logistics service efficiency, quantity discount rate, and diseconomies of scale on supply chain decisions and logistics outsourcing modes selection were analyzed. The results show that the profit relationship of manufacturer under different outsourcing modes is jointly afLogistics Outsourcing Modes Selection for the Dairy Supply Chain under Diseconomies of Scalefected by logistics service efficiency, quantity discount rate, and diseconomies of scale. The wholesale price and profit relationship of retailer under different outsourcing models are only affected by logistics service efficiency. Third-party logistics company prefer the retailer outsourcing mode. When logistics service efficiency is high and the diseconomies of scale coefficient and quantity discount rate are low, the retailer outsourcing mode enables the supply chain to achieve Pareto optimality. The degree to which manufacturer is constrained by external factors is much greater than that of retailer and third-party logistics company.
