采用高分辨率数码照相机对柴油与柴油/生物柴油混合燃料喷雾特性进行了对比研究。研究结果表明,喷雾油滴的尺寸数目分布曲线先上升后下降,最后趋于不变,油滴尺寸的总体分布以小颗粒的油滴数目居多。随着生物柴油掺混比的增加,燃料黏度的增大,雾化油滴的Sauter平均直径增大。MB24和B24的相对尺寸范围△s和发散边界△b较小,在雾化油滴的小颗粒范围内,油滴大小均匀。MB24和B24雾化油滴的平均直径小,小颗粒油滴的尺寸分布数目多,而且油滴颗粒的均匀度也好。证明生物柴油在发动机上的应用以掺混比25%左右为宜,如果再添加少许乙醇等稀释燃料,雾化效果会更佳。

he comparison research between diesel and mixed fuel,diesel/bio-diesel, sprays were analyzed by using high resolving power digital camera. The results show that,the curve of fuel droplet size number distribution first goes up then goes down, finally tends to unchange. The small size droplet number is in the majority. With bio-diesel mixed ratio increases, fuel viscosity enlarges, Sauter mean diameter increases. The fuel droplet size is average because △s and △b of MB24 and B24 are small in smaller size droplets of fuel droplet. The fuel droplet average diameter of MB24 and B24 is small. The smaller size droplets of fuel droplet distribution are better, and uniformity of fuel droplet is more. The results show that 25% mixed bio-diesel is fit for the engine. The effect of sprays is better if a little diluted fuel like grain alcohol can be putted into.
