北京市新能源汽车充电设施供给的政策工具选择

Based on the analysis of the supply situation of new energy vehicle charging facilities, this paper uses M.Howlett's and M.Ramesh's Analytical framework of policy instruments to study the application status of the instruments and selecting demand of the supply of the charging facility. It presents that the existing policy instruments have been promoting the construction and supply of charging facilities, but it is defective to solve the problem of the restriction of charging facilities construction side, facilities integration, unity communication interface standard and so on. Aiming at the problems of the application of the resent instruments, the study makes policy instrument demands and relative recommendations from compulsory instrument and mixed instrument.?????
