本文主要目的是通过摸索凝血酶空斑法中关键物质的浓度，建立成本低廉的测量抗凝血酶活性的方法，在此基础上建立筛选分泌抗凝物质菌株的筛选系统。本方法完全可以取代凝血酶空斑法的试剂盒，并在一定范围上扩大了它的使用范围。
he main purpose of this paper is to explore concentration of key substances in the method of thrombin plaque, to establish the low-cost method of thrombin plaque. Based on the principium of this method to establish a system to filter the microbe to secrete anticoagulant. The method can replace the Kit and expand the scope of its use.
