煤矿本质安全文化建设及其评价研究

煤矿本质安全文化建设是煤矿安全生产的灵魂。结合煤炭企业实际，系统分析了安全文化、煤矿安全文化与煤矿本质安全文化的内涵，对煤矿本质安全文化建设的模式进行了探讨，构建了基于生态学视角的本质安全文化建设水平评价指标体系，介绍了结合熵权法的煤矿本质安全文化建设水平模糊综合评价方法。
