食用三聚氰胺污染奶粉的婴幼儿生长发育与泌尿系结石的三年随访研究

目的:了解2008年喂养三聚氰胺污染奶粉3年后婴幼儿生长发育和泌尿系结石的远期影响。 方法:选取98例[随访时年龄:(68.7±9.4)个月]曾住院治疗的三聚氰胺泌尿系结石(MUS)患儿进行40个月随访。随访内容包括泌尿系统B超、尿液常规分析,血液生化包括肝肾功能分析。选取同期非纯母乳和无三聚氰胺污染奶粉喂养史正常儿童90例为对照组,比较两组相关参数异同。结果:86例成功随访;52例带石出院患儿院外行保守治疗,随访时49例结石消失,3例无明显变化。结石组儿童年龄别身长的Z值显著低于对照组儿童(P<0.05)。随访未发现泌尿系统占位性病变。血、尿常规,泌尿系统功能及形态均未见明显异常。结论:食用三聚氰胺污染奶粉可影响婴幼儿的生长发育,但对泌尿系结石患儿远期的肝肾功能没有明显的影响。
Objective: To investigate the long-term effect of melamine tainted milk powder on the growth and development of infants and young children through 3 years follow-up. Methods: The clinical data of the 40 months follow-up of the 98 infants and young children with an average age of 68.7±9.4 months old were retrospectively reviewed. The melamine-related urinary stones (MUS) were formed by melamine-tainted milk feeding. Urinary tract ultrasonography, urinalysis and blood biochemistry including renal and liver function tests were performed during follow-up. Ninety age (age: 69.2±9.2 months) and gender matched health individuals were chosen as controls. Results: Eighty-six cases were followed-up successfully. Sixty-seven children had residual MUS at the time of discharge. After 3 years follow-up, MUS in 64 patients disappeared completely and in 3 patients remained the same size. No urology tumors were detected during follow-up. The weight, height and head circumference in infants and young children with MUS are lower than control groups. Blood routine and urinalysis as well as function and morphology of urinary system showed no obvious abnormalities. Conclusion: Melamine-tainted milk powder influences the growth and development of the infants and young children, but no significant negative effect is found in liver and renal function.
