三棱形的轴毂联接有限元分析
HE FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF SHAFT-HUB COUPLINGS WITH 3-LOBE PROFILE
针对军事武器和F1赛车上使用的三棱形轴毂新型联接方式,使用Pro/Engineer软件分别对三棱形轴毂进行实体建模,选其过渡配合中的最大过盈量为分析对象。应用ANSYS软件的静力分析模块对高度非线性的面面接触应力变化和工作过程中不同负载引起的扭应力变化进行分析,分别得出三棱形的轴、毂应力,应变分布云图,为三棱形的轴毂联接设计和和改进提供了理论基础。
he polygonal profiles shaft-hub coupling is extensively used on military weapons and F1 cars. In this paper, the author uses the Pro/Engineer software for entity modeling of shaft-hub with 3-lobe profile. And the analysis object is the maximum magnitude of interference in the transitional fit of shaft-hub with 3-lobe profile. The ANSYS software’s static analysis module is used for analyzing the variation of the highly nonlinear surface to surface contact stress and change of the twisting stress, which arises from different load during the machine’s running . At last, the stress and the strain of shaft-hub with 3-lobe profile graph are obtained. The mechanical superiority of shaft-hub with 3-lobe profile connection way is proved. And so on, it provide theoretical basis for design and improvement of shaft-hub couplings with 3-lobe profile.
