轻金属焊接学术前沿及其研究领域

Frontier Fields and Research Trends on Welding Technologies for Light Metals

本文综述了2008年8月国家自然科学基金委员会工程与材料科学部在西安临潼召开的“轻金属焊接关键基础研究”中青年学术论坛所得出的轻金属焊接学术前沿及其研究领域。该论坛是在国家重大需要及学科发展两大背景下,为了凝练轻金属焊接中的共性基础研究问题而召开的,论坛特别邀请了国内30余位专家学者进行了为期2天的学术交流与研讨,与会代表达到90余人。经与会学者充分研讨提出了四个值得重视的学术前沿,即:轻金属焊接工艺与力学行为相关理论基础、轻金属焊接结构可靠性与寿命评价的基础研究、轻金属焊接机理及焊接技术优化、轻金属焊接数值模拟与仿真技术。该论坛的召开对于凝练轻金属焊接中的共性基础科学问题,发挥我国中青年学者的积极性,促进轻金属焊接基础研究成果在整体焊接结构制造业中的应用具有极其重要的意义。

Light metals such as aluminum, titanium and magnesium have become more and more important structure materials with their advantiges in material usege efficiacy, lightening weight and reducing manufacturing cost. The developments and possible research directons on welding technologies for light metals are summarized based on the Forum on Key Basic Research on Welding Technologies for Light Metals supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Four frontier fields are concluded according to the presentations and discussions of about thirty participents in the forum, i.e. the mechanical behaviors, the reliability and safety asseccment of light metal welded joint and structure, welding mechanism and technologies, and modeling and simulation of welding peocess and properties.
