ombining with the actual situation of Chinese enterprises, this paper focuses on researching and analyzing various ways of internationalization strategy of Chinese enterprises. And taking Haier for example, conduct a comprehensive analysis on internationalization of Chinese enterprises. This paper begins by describing the basic concepts and theories of internationalization and then combining the actual situation of Chinese, analyze the way of Haier internationalization. At the end of the paper, sum up the experiences and lessons learned on the way of Haier internationalization. All in all, not every enterprise suit for international business, it should be a rational strategic choice.
