基于ADS仿真的UHF频段RFID低噪声放大器设计
Simulation and Design of an UHF RFID Low Noise Amplifier Based on Simulation Software ADS
选用E-PHEMT晶体管ATF541M4,设计了一个UHF频段RFID低噪声放大器。应用微波仿真软件ADS对匹配电路进行了优化设计,通过S参数及谐波平衡仿真得到放大器的各项性能参数。在840~960MHz频率范围内噪声系数小于0.7dB,带内增益大于20dB,带内平坦度小于±0.5dB,输入输出驻波比小于1.5dB,1dB增益压缩点输入功率不小于-5dBm,三阶互调截点IIP3不小于10dBm。仿真结果表明,该设计完全满足性能指标要求。
n UHF RFID low noise amplifier is introduced by using E-PHEMT transistor ATF541M4. The matching circuits is optimized with the simulation software ADS. With the simulation of S parameters and harmonic balance ,the LNA exhibits operating bandwidth with 840~960MHz, noise figure less than 0.7dB, inband gain more than 20dB, gain flatness less than ±0.5dB, VSWR less than 1.5dB, input P1dB more than -5dBm, IIP3 more than 10dBm. The simulation results shows that the design meets the performance requirements.
