基于if-then规则库的生产全过程优化及其在加热炉温度设定中的应用
Optimization of production process under if-then rules and its application to reheating furnace
研究了一类串联生产全过程基于if-then规则库的优化设定问题。这类生产全过程各子过程的设定值与最终产品质量之间的数学模型很难得到。对串联生产全过程的优化设定问题进行了描述,用if-then规则库来描述各子过程设定值变化量和最终产品质量的关系。利用Tsukamoto模糊推理方法,把带模糊约束的优化问题转化为清晰优化问题,得到各子过程的优化设定值变化量。结合步进式加热炉的温度设定,进行了仿真研究。
Optimal setting of a kind of cascade processes under if-then rules is studied. The model between the set points of each sub-process and the final product quality is hard to obtain. First, the optimal setting problem of cascade processes is described. The method in which if-then rules are used to describe the relation ship between the changes of set points for each sub-process and the final product quality is proposed. The fuzzy optimization problem is transformed into a crisp optimization problem by Tsukamoto’s fuzzy reasoning method and the optimal set points for each sub-process are obtained. Simulation is done on the optimal setting for reheating furnace temperature.
