石港煤矿煤与瓦斯共采技术研究

Study on Simultaneous Extraction of Coal and Gas in Shigang Coal Mine

随着煤矿向深部开采的增多,煤层的瓦斯含量、瓦斯压力增大,回采过程中的瓦斯涌出量也不断增大,瓦斯问题已经成为制约煤矿产量和安全生产的关键因素之一。近年来"煤与瓦斯共采技术"通过采煤前先采瓦斯,采煤与采瓦斯相互促进的方法被广泛的用于解决深部开采时的瓦斯问题。本文介绍了石港煤矿煤与瓦斯共采的基本原理,通过分析阳泉矿区煤层瓦斯赋存情况及分布规律,总结出石港煤矿15号煤作为首采层确定的煤与瓦斯共采技术的模式以及瓦斯抽采技术实施的时空演化规律。

With the increase of deep mining in coal mine, gas content and gas pressure of coal seam increase, and the amount of gas emission also increases in the process of mining, gas issue has become one of the key factors restricting yield and safety production of coal mine. In recent years ," simultaneous extraction of coal and gas technology" are widely used to solve gas problems when deep mining by methods of methane extraction before coal mining and their mutual promotion. In this paper, basic principle of simultaneous extraction of coal and gas in shigang coal mine is described.And it summarizes the simultaneous extraction mode of coal and gas for the 15th coal seam which is the first mined seam in Shigang coal mine, and space time evolution regularity of gas drainage technology implementation through analyzing the gas occurrence conditions and distribution of coal seams in yangquan mining area.
