利用遥感手段获取地球空间信息的过程中,云是辐射传播中的严重障碍,在很大程度上影响遥感信息获取的质量,从而降低了数据的利用率。为了促进”HJ-1A”CCD图像的业务化应用,在总结常用去云方法基础之上,针对”HJ-1A”CCD数据的波段特征,分析了云在不同波谱范围的光谱特性,基于光谱阈值研究出了针对下垫面为水的云检测算法。试验结果表明,此方法行之有效,并已经得到了业务化应用。

In the process of getting geo-spatial information with remote sensing tools, cloud is a serious obstacle in radiation transmission, and will largely influence the quality of information and reduce data utilization. In order to promote the application of \\\"HJ - 1A\\\" CCD data, on base of summing up commonly used method to clouds, aiming at the band characteristics of \\\"HJ - 1A\\\" CCD data, the article analyzes the clouds characteristics in different spectral range, and based on spectral threshold , develops cloud detection algorithm for surface underlaying is water. Experimental results show that this method is effective, and has achieved the business applications.
