提出一种适用于长大纵坡水泥混凝土路面抗车辙沥青加铺层中面层的材料组成设计方案。分别采用分级掺配方法和法国高模量沥青混凝土设计方法进行沥青混合料组成设计研究,并对各种沥青混合料的高温稳定性、水稳定性、抗反射裂缝性能及抗疲劳性能进行对比分析。结果表明:抗车辙剂或SBS改性沥青在高模量沥青混合料EME2中的适用性较低;相对于分级掺配法设计的AC-20混合料,采用低标号沥青(15#)的EME2因具有较高的沥青胶浆模量、较大的油石比及较细的级配组成,可兼顾优良的高温抗车辙性能和更好的抗疲劳性与水稳定性;推荐采用15#沥青的EME2用于铺筑长大纵坡水泥混凝土路面沥青加铺层中抗车辙性能要求较高的中面层。

material composition design scheme for the middle surface of anti-rutting asphalt overlay of cement concrete pavement with long longitudinal slope is proposed. The graded mixing method and the French high modulus asphalt concrete design method were used to study the composition design of asphalt mixture, and the high temperature stability, water stability, anti-reflection crack performance and anti-fatigue performance of various asphalt mixtures werecompared and analyzed. The results show that the application of anti-rutting agent or SBS modified asphalt in high modulus mixture EME2 is low; Compared with AC-20 mixture designed by graded blending method, EME2 with low-grade asphalt (15#) has high asphalt mortar modulus, large asphalt aggregate ratio and fine grading composition, which can give consideration to excellent high-temperature rutting resistance, better fatigue resistance and water stability; EME2 with 15# asphalt is recommended to be used to pave the middle surface course with high anti rutting performance in the asphalt overlay of cement concrete pavement with long and long longitudinal slope.
