New MPEG Standard For Mobile Rich Media Services-LASeR
随着下一代网络的到来，移动终端设备对富媒体的要求也越来越高。MPEG标准化组织针对富媒体的创建、传输、播放规定了新的标准——轻量级应用场景描述（LASeR ）。LASeR为终端用户提供了更好的可交互性与灵活性。简单集成模式（SAF）作为LASeR的载体在低带宽的限制下有更为简洁的复用策略。本文详细介绍了LASeR并给出了用SAF实现MPEG-2码流的复用与传输的例子。
With the next generation network coming ,the mobile terminals need more advanced rich media. MPEG standardization group makes the new protocol for creation, delivery and rendering of rich media named LASeR. LAseR can provide the more flexible and interactive property to terminal user. With the restriction of low bandwidth SAF still could provide simple multiplex method as LASeR’s carrier. This paper introduces LASeR in detail and show how to realize multiplex and transmission of MPEG-2 stream using SAF.
