新就业形势下理工科院校人才培养模式的尝试与探索
Experiment and exploring of the training model about the science and engineering college students under the new undergraduate employment circumstance
随着高校招生规模的不断扩大，毕业生的数量也在迅速增加，从2002年的145万增长到2006年的413万，使大学毕业生的就业遇到了前所未有的困难，由社会、高校和毕业生共同构建的就业市场在这种新形势下遇到了新的问题。本文从新形势下的就业状况入手，对大学生的就业问题深入进行思考，并对大学生尤其是理工科院校的人才培养模式进行初步的尝试与探索。
