组成对PS/PS-b-PMMA共混物在空气/水界面聚集行为的影响

本文利用KSV膜天平和原子力显微镜(AFM)研究了均聚物聚苯乙烯(h-PS)与苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯嵌段共聚物(PS-b-PMMA,SMMA)的共混物在空气/水界面的聚集行为。利用Langmuir膜天平技术得到了不同h-PS含量下共混物Langmuir单层的p-A等温线和滞后曲线。将Langmuir单层转移到硅片上得到相应的LB膜,并利用AFM对其表面形态进行表征。结果表明,当h-PS含量为20%时,h-PS/SMMA共混物聚集形态主要表现为孤立的圆形胶束,随着沉积压力的增大,棒状胶束开始出现。随着h-PS含量的进一步增加,当达到60%时,滞后现象比较明显,规整稳定的项链网络结构开始形成。
he Langmuir film balance technology and AFM was used to study the aggregation behavior of the mixed Langmuir monolayer of homo-polystyrene (h-PS) and polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate) (PS-b-PMMA)(SMMA) .The p-A isotherms were measured at different h-PS contents. The morphology of the surface micelles was investigated by atomic force microscopy after transferring a Langmuir monolayer onto a silicon wafer, respectively. When the content of h-PS was about 20wt%, the mixed LB film of h-PS/ PS-b-PMMA mainly exhibit isolated circular micelles. Rod-shaped micelles started to appear with h-PS content over 20wt%. With a further increase of the h-PS content over 60wt%, more uniform and stable necklace-network structures were formed in the mixed LB films.
