可见/近红外光谱快速测定山羊绒净绒率
Rapid Measurement of Yield of Cashmere Using Visible and Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy
针对快速为无损检测山羊绒的净绒率,提出了一种用可见光/近红外光谱技术进行检测的新方法。利用偏最小二乘法(PLS)对原始光谱数据进行处理,对光谱数据和净绒率实测值建立校正模型,选用180个样本进行建模,60个样本用于预测。用建模集决定系数(R2)和标准偏差(SEC)作为模型的评价指标,预测结果采用预测集决定系数(R2)和标准偏差(SEP)来评定。结果表明近红外光谱能够较好的检测山羊绒的净绒率,偏最小二乘法构建的模型简单,预测结果(R2=0.8552, SEP=0.0928)较好,为后续开发在线检测仪器提供了理论依据。
im at rapid and non-destructive measurement of yield of cashmere. Visible and near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (Vis/NIRS) detection method was proposed. Processed the original spectral data using partial least squares (PLS), PLS calibration model was built with spectral data and yield measurement, 180 samples were used for calibration and the other 60 samples were used for prediction. The quality of the calibration model was evaluated by the determination coefficients (R2) and standard error of calibration (SEC), and the prediction results was accessed by determination coefficients (R2) and standard error of prediction (SEP). The result indicted that visible and near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (Vis/NIRS) technique is applicable to detect the yield of cashmere. The algorithmic model built with PLS is simple and has a well prediction result, which provides an important theoretical basis for developing test equipments.In this paper
