本文以N-甲基咪唑、溴乙烷和四氟硼酸钠为原料,按照两步法制备出了离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([Emim]BF4),由紫外光谱和红外光谱,确定了反应物结构,探讨时间、温度、溶剂等对中间体[Emim]Br以及离子液体[Emim]BF4产率的影响,通过正交试验得出制备的最佳条件,并探讨了制备机理。实验结果表明:反应物配比1:1.5, 温度50 ℃, 反应6 h, 中间体产率为95.90%. 中间体中加入等摩尔NaPF4,25℃下反应10 h后, 离子液体产率为97.26%.

Ionic liquids 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([Emim]BF4) were synthesized by the two-steps method. The structure of intermediate product [Emim]Br and ironic liquid[Emim]BF4 were confirmed by UV and IR spectrum. The factors affecting the product yield such as solvent, the ratio of reactants, time of synthesis, temperature have been studied. The optimum synthetic conditions were selected with the orthogonal test and the synthesis mechanism was analyzed. The experiment results showed that the optimal result of synthesis is obtained from reactants at molar ratio1:1.5 with bromoalkane as solvent for about 6 h. The intermediate product [Emim]Br yield is about 95.90%, then equimolar potassium hexafluorophosphate was added and the react time was 10 h under 25 ℃,the yield of ionic liquid [Emim]BF4 is about 97.26%.
