Flow-Shop Dynamic Optimal Scheduling Based on Flexible Manufacturing

本文根据柔性制造中产品多属性,机台制程状态可变动的特点,提出了动态多目标优化排程的解决方案,并基于约束理论(TOC)进行将全局优化分散为局部的移动瓶颈工序优化,并进行动态排程,最后利用Lingo进行编程实现,从而达到实施结果逼近甚至超过全局优化的效果。文中最后通过实例证明动态排程在生产过程中的应用价值。

As the multiple characteristics of work in processin the flexible manufacturing,we proposed the concept of dynamic multi-objective optimization scheduling, and changed the global optimization into the partial shifting bottleneck's schedule optimizating which based on the Theory of Constraints (TOC) to achieve or beyond the global optimization's results. This ongoing program with Lingo for flexible manufacturing system, the characteristics of the goods will be considered and, by using the method of multi-objective optimization, the solution will be more satisfactory. The last example in this paper showed the value of dynamic scheduling in production .?????
