以丙二胺为结构诱导剂,采用溶剂热法合成了有机-无机杂合的[C3H12N2]0.5[Y3F10]:Yb/Er,采用X射线衍射谱(XRD),热重分析(TG-DSC),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电子能谱(EDS)对其结构,形貌和化学组成进行了表征。研究表明:通过溶剂热法可以成功合成[C3H12N2]0.5[Y3F10]:Yb/Er,其形貌为呈正八面体的微米级颗粒。在980nm激光激发下,对其上转换发光性能进行了研究。其上转换发射光谱显示其具有较强的上转换发光性能,且发出的绿光要强于红光。

In this paper, [C3H12N2]0.5[Y3F10]:Yb/Er has been successfully synthnsized by solvothermal, using 1,3-propanediamine as structure-direct agent. The samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD), thermogravimetry and differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and fluorospectrophotometer. It was found that the sample has octahedral morphology with microsize, and performs upconversion fluorescence. The upconversion luminescence mainly consists green emissions and red emissions. And the intensity of the green emissions is strongger than red emissions.
