基于压缩感知的室内定位系统研究
RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPRESSED SENSING BASED INDOOR POSITIONING SYSTEM
随着移动互联网的高速发展,人们对于位置信息的要求越来越高,特别是在室内定位技术领域,仍需要不断提高其精确性和稳定性。本文主要研究基于信号强度的压缩感知位置指纹定位算法,提出了一种基于恢复向量的改进型压缩感知算法,实现了WiFi室内定位系统,并在实验场景中得到应用。最后本文给出基于压缩感知室内定位算法的实验结果,并与现有的室内定位机器学习算法结果进行比较,证明了基于恢复向量的改进型压缩感知算法可提高定位的准确性。
With the rapid development of mobile Internet, people are increasingly high requirements for location information, especially in the field of indoor positioning technology, still we need to continue to improve its accuracy and stability. This paper studies the fingerprint localization algorithm based on the perception of the position of the compressed signal strength. We proposed a modified vector-based recovery compressed sensing recovery algorithms to achieve a WiFi indoor positioning system, and has been used in experimental scenarios. Finally, the experimental results are given based on compressed sensing indoor positioning algorithms with existing indoor positioning algorithms compare the results proved that compressed sensing algorithm based recovery improved recovery Vector effectively improve the accuracy.
