In this paper , guide mounted production principles about TMS320VC5402 parallel EPROM or EEPROM was introduced, the key issues in the production process was analysed , and the problem of reliable circuits was solved. The designed circuit has good expansion. Achieved method and the key of designed project for parallel Bootloader were analysed in detail. A kind of convenient and reliable expansion programme for EPROM Bootloader was brought forwared.
