城市化进程的加快使得交通需求大幅增长,优先发展公共交通将大力缓解交通紧张问题。提高公交车出行占有率和服务可靠性,可将居民出行更多吸引到公交车上来,确立公共交通的优先地位。多种因素的影响导致公交车的行车间隔不稳定,其中串车是最常见的服务不可靠现象。本文从公交IC卡中获取车辆运行信息,通过车头时距分析车辆到站稳定性,提出提高公交服务可靠性的优化策略。以北京公交某路IC数据为例进行可靠性评价,研究表明在早高峰时段该线路容易出现经常性串车问题。

he process of urbanization accompanies with significant increase of traffic needs. Development of bus system will have obvious effect on relieving current traffic pressure. By improving the share of bus system among transit modes and its reliability, we will be able to attract more and more people to choose bus service and hence make it the primary traffic mode for majority. There are multiple unforeseeable factors can influence bus system service performance, among which, bunching is the most common mark as bus service unreliable. In this paper, bus transit data is extracted from Bus Intelligent Card, upon which a method of calculation regarding with the headway between adjacent arriving buses is used to assess bus service reliability and the service optimization strategy follows. The data of a route are used as an example to run reliability assessing process and it suggest that bunching is more likely to occur on morning peak.
