退火处理对Fe-Ni-B-Si非晶合金软磁性能的影响

根据DSC结果,对通过铜辊甩带法制备出的名义成分为Fe40Ni40B20-xSix合金条带样品进行不同温度下的退火处理。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁量计(VSM)分别测试退火条带样品的相组成和磁性能。退火处理使得样品的饱和磁化强度呈现先增大后减小的趋势,而矫顽力恰恰相反。退火处理引起的微观结构变化是造成这种结果的根本原因。
ccording to DSC results, the nominal Fe40Ni40B20-xSix alloy ribbons which were prepared by melt-spinning were annealed under different temperatures. Annealed ribbons were measured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) for phase composition and magnetic characteristics. Annealing process makes the samples showed the saturation magnetization increases first and then decreased as the coercive force on the contrary. Annealing induced changes in the microstructure of the root causes of this result.
