关于地方铁路建设融资中所面临的问题与建议

he paper analyzed problems of the provincial railway company of China facing in the process of its financing, such as the lack of emphasis of the nation, unhealthy of the rules and laws related, the unsound atmosphere of the finance market, the irregular railway system, the imperfect institution of the enterprise etc concerning the aspects of nation, industry and company. Basing on the problem analyzed and learning from some developed countries’ experience, this paper give some suggestion ,such as the central government’s increasing of the aids to the provincial railway, completing the legal system of the provincial railway and accelerating the reformation of the transportation; the setting up of the local railroad company’ s modern enterprise system, and increase of the financing channels and improvement the profit etc.
