有机化SiO2负载 α-二亚胺镍催化乙烯淤浆聚合
Ethylene slurry polymerization catalyzed with supported α-diimine nickel on organo-modified SiO2
采用四乙氧基硅烷(TEOS)和二氢月桂烯醇型硅烷偶联剂(CA)水解制得三种SiO2载体,并应用于?α-二亚胺镍催化剂 Ar-N=C(R1)C(R2)=N-ArNiBr2 [R1=CH3,R2=C2H5;Ar=2, 6-dimethylphenyl] 的负载化,分别制得SiO2负载催化剂SC1、有机化SiO2负载催化剂SC2和SC3。利用负载催化剂进行了乙烯常压淤浆聚合,考察了载体组成、聚合温度等因素对乙烯聚合活性、聚乙烯分子量、分子链微结构和热性能的影响。
hree SiO2 carriers synthesized through hydrosis reaction with tetroethyloxysilane and CA were used to support ?α-diimine nickel Ar-N=C(R1)C(R2)=N-ArNiBr2 [R1=CH3,R2=C2H5;Ar=2, 6-dimethylphenyl],preparing SiO2 supported catalyst SC1, organo-modified SiO2 supported catalysts SC2 and SC3. Using these catalysts, ethylene slurry polymerizations were carried out. The influences of the composition of carriers as well as the polymerization conditions on the ethylene polymerization activity, polyethylene molecular weight, polyethylene chain microstructures and thermal properties were investegated.
