农户技术采用、生产效率及其影响因素分析--基于水稻种植户的实地调研数据

根据湖南省、江西省和四川省水稻种植户的实地调研数据,运用统计描述分析法、DEA模型和Tobit模型对我国水稻种植户的技术采用、生产效率及其影响因素进行了分析。研究结果表明:(1)农户采用技术的主要目的是增加经济效益和节省劳动力,最为需要的技术是优质高产品种和化肥农药增产技术,获得技术的渠道还相对窄狭;(2)农户对高产增产型技术的采用率较高,而对环境保护型技术采用率较低,提高农户对技术的认知有利于提高其采用率;(3)农户的技术效率水平较低,平均值为0.171,农户的技术效率和纯技术效率分布比较集中,而规模效率分布相对分散,90.43%的农户处于规模报酬递增阶段;(4)家庭耕地面积、优质高产品种和免耕栽培对技术效率具有显著的正向影响,而秸秆还田对技术效率具有显著的负向影响。

his paper is based on the field survey data of rice production farmers in Hunan, Jiangxi and Sichuan Provinces. Applying statistical method and econometric methods like DEA and Tobit models this paper analyzes technology adoption, production efficiency and its influence factors of rice production farmers in China. The main research results are as follows: firstly, the main purpose of adopting new technology for farmers is to increase economic benefit and save labors. And the most needed technology is increasing-yield technology, however the ways to adopt the technology is limited. Secondly, farmers have higher adoption rate in technology that can increasing yield and lower adoption rate in environmental protection technology. Besides, improving the awareness of technology can be good for technology adoption of farmers. Thirdly, farmer's technology efficiency is at low level with an average of 0.171, and technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency distribute concentration at the same time scale efficiency distributes dispersion. And 90.43% of the famers are at the stage of increasing return to scale. fourthly, household land scale, high-Quantity technology and Zero-Tillage technology have the significant positive effects on famers technical efficiency while Straw-Returning technology has the significant negative effect.
