促分裂原活化蛋白激酶信号途径调控活性氧及衰老的研究进展
Recent progress on Mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) signaling pathway modulating ROS and senescence
在植物生长发育进程中,经常受到多种生物与非生物胁迫,部分通过破坏植物体内活性氧(Reactive Oxygen Species,ROS)的稳态平衡而影响植物的正常生长发育,并且可能导致植物提前衰老或死亡。植物中的促分裂原活化蛋白激酶(Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase,MAPK)三级级联途径将植物接受的外界信号传递到植物内部过程中发挥着重要作用,位于上游的MAPKKK蛋白激酶接受信号通过逐级磷酸化下游的MAPKK, MAPK蛋白激酶调控植物的生长发育与逆境应答。本文综述近年来植物MAPK级联途径参与调控活性氧累积与衰老的相关功能的研究进展。?????
Plants are continuously subject to various abiotic and biotic stresses during growth and development. Severe external stress can lead to disturbance in ROS homeostasis and hence influence plant growth and development, as well as lead plants to senesce or death. MAPK cascade play a vital role in receiving the signal from upstream factors and transferring to cell. The upstream MAPKKK could phosphorylate MAPKK and the activated MAPKK again phosphorylate MAPK in modulating plants growth, development and response to stress. Our reviews mainly focus on the plant MAPK cascade research progress which involved in modulating ROS accumulation and senescence in recent years.?????
