本文研究了0.05mol%Dy3+掺杂的GeS2-Ga2S3-CsI硫卤玻璃的中红外发光特性。结果表明CsI引入到GeS2-Ga2S3硫系玻璃中有效降低了体系的析晶能力,所有多重态的吸收截面均不同程度减小,峰位产生蓝移,且在1.7μm(6H15/2→6H11/2)附近蓝移最大;荧光寿命测试表明,随着CsI的引入,基质玻璃的离子键性增强且折射率下降,从而导致辐射跃迁速率下降。在Dy3+掺杂的不同组分的GeS2-Ga2S3-CsI硫卤玻璃中,随着S含量的增加,6H11/2处的吸收截面增大,2.7μm (6H13/2→6H15/2)和3.5μm (6H11/2→6H13/2)处的发射截面增大,这与GeS2四面体结构成分增加有关。Dy3+掺杂0.9(80GeS2-20Ga2S3)-10CsI硫卤玻璃在2.7μm(6H13/2→6H15/2)附近产生形状为多个峰组合成的较宽的发射带。

In this paper, the luminescence of 0.05mol%Dy3+-doped GeS2-Ga2S3-CsI was investigated. With the addition of CsI to GeS2-Ga2S3 chalcogenide glasses, the ability of crystallization decreased, the intensities of absorption cross section of all multiplets also decreased with a blue-shift and its its maximum shift occurred in 1.7μm(6H15/2→6H11/2). The luminescent lifetime demonstrated that the ionicity and refraction index of the based glass decreased,which reduced the radiative transition rate.With the increasing of S content in GeS2-Ga2S3-CsI chacohalide glasses,due to the increasing of GeS2 tetrahedral structure, the absorption cross section of 6H11/2 increased, the emission cross section of 2.7μm (6H13/2→6H15/2) and 3.5μm (6H11/2→6H13/2) increased.The emission spectra shape of Dy3+-doped 0.9(80GeS2-20Ga2S3)-10CsI chacohalide glass were wide emission band combined by several peaks rounding 2.7μm(6H13/2→6H15/2).
