在工业电子屏幕的生产中,由于工业拍摄设备的影响,经常会存在点线等缺陷,所以产线上的缺陷检测是生产中重要的一环。目前很多产线依然采用人工观察的方式,其结果依赖于人工经验,判定不稳定,且浪费人力物力成本高。而在检测系统中,对于屏幕数据的预处理是检测系统的关键,直接决定了系统检测瑕疵的效果。因此本文研究基于数字图像处理算法,研究屏幕缺陷检测系统和系统的图像预处理模块,有效获取屏幕感兴趣区域并抑制背景影响,增强缺陷与背景的对比度,有效提升检测性能和效率。?????

In the production of industrial electronic screens, due to the influence of industrial shooting equipment, there are often defects such as point defects, line defects, mass defects and light leakage defects, so the detection of defects on the production line is an important part of the production. At present, many production lines still use the way of manual observation, the results depend on manual experience, judgment is unstable, and waste of human and material costs. In the detection system, the preprocessing of screen data is the key of the detection system, which directly determines the effect of system flaw detection. Therefore, based on the digital image processing algorithm, this paper studies the image preprocessing module of the screen detection system, which can effectively obtain the screen area of interest and suppress the background influence, enhance the contrast between defects and background, and effectively improve the detection performance and efficiency.
