钢纤维钢筋混凝土受扭构件力学性能的试验研究

本文通过对14根矩形截面配筋钢纤维混凝土构件的抗扭试验研究分析,了钢纤维混凝土受扭构件的破坏形态,分析了荷载-单位长度扭转角曲线、延性系数、承载力等变化规律,探讨了钢纤维混凝土受扭构件的破坏机理。试验结果表明,钢纤维的掺入明显改善了钢筋混凝土构件的延性和刚度等性能,提高了受扭构件的开裂扭矩和极限扭矩,构件由脆性破坏变为延性破坏,并且随着钢纤维含量的增加,延性、刚度、开裂扭矩和极限扭矩提高幅度增大。

By conducting a research of torsion test of 14 members of steel fiber reinforced concrete with the rectangular section, the author studies failure mode of torsion member of steel fiber reinforced concrete, analyzes the change trend of curve of load -- per unit angel of torsion, ductility factor and bearing capacity etc., and discusses failure mechanism of torsion member of steel fiber reinforced concrete. The result of the experiment indicates that the steel fiber in the steel reinforced concrete can improve the ductility and stiffness of member of steel reinforced concrete and increase the cracking torque and ultimate torque of torsion member. As a result, brittle failure of member develops into the ductility failure and the increasing amount of steel fiber added into the concrete can lead to the greater extent of increase in the ductility, rigidity, cracking torque and ultimate torque.
