Moldflow在注塑成型工艺优化中的应用

In this paper, Moldflow was introduced and an example was presented to show the application of Moldflow in the injection molding process optimization. The ram position-ram speed settings associated with the actual injection molding process were determined. Three important screw positions include the initial ram position、the first part of ram position and the V/P switch location were obtained. The packing parameters were also optimized. Example showed that the injection molding CAE combined with practical experience can be more effective to improve product quality and production efficiency.
