农民专业合作组织治理状况探究--以湖南省48家农民专业合作组织为例
Case Study on Governance of Farmer Professional Coopperative Organization--Taking 48 farmer professional cooperative organiations in Hunan province as samples
治理问题是农民专业合作组织运行和发展中的核心问题之一，良好的内部治理能够促进合作组织健康的发展和壮大。本文从湖南省48家农民专业合作组织的实地调查出发，根据发起人的不同对调查样本进行了分类，并对不同类型合作组织治理中存在的比较突出的管理层治理、财务治理、农户履约情况、盈余分配依据及退社等问题进行了比较分析。最后，从政府外围环境的创设和农民专业合作组织自身治理的改革和创新两个角度提出了完善合作组织治理的对策。
In this paper, 48 farmer professional cooperative organizations were classified into different groups according to their sponsors, and inverstigated their major problems of governance ,including management governance, financial governance,contract relationship,Quit right and surplus allocation rules. Then, this paper discussed on how to improve the governance in terms of changing the rules of government and reforming the governance of farmer cooperative orgnization itself.
