分子内电子转移型三联吡啶钌ECL标示物的合成及性能研究

本文借鉴常规Ru(bpy)32+-胺类共反应物ECL体系,设计合成一类基于分子内电子转移的三联吡啶钌-胺电子供体ECL标示物结构。将胺类修饰基团通过共价键连接到三联吡啶钌分子内,合成了四个新化合物Ru-TPA、Ru-2TPA、Ru-DEA和Ru-EA。在没有外加胺类共反应试剂的条件下,探讨了不同氨基侧链结构对于分子内电子转移ECL强度的影响。
Suggesting by Ru(bpy)32+-amine co-reactant ECL system, a series of Ru(bpy)32+- amine electron donor complexes based on intramolecular electron transfer mechanism were designed, four novel Ruthenium tris-bipyridyl complexes Ru-TPA,Ru-2TPA,Ru-DEA and Ru-EA, covalently linked with different amine group were synthesized. The influence of different amino side chain on intramolecular electron transfer ECL was studied.
