企业劳资关系影响因素的文献综述

Review on Factors Impacting Enterprise Labor Relations

劳资关系的影响因素有很多,它们也分别从不同侧面影响着劳资关系的发展。要想构建和谐劳动关系就必须正视这些影响因素的存在,对其进行分析总结,使学者们分析研究的影响企业劳资关系的因素得以梳理。本文跟据桑德沃的模型以及邓洛普的模型,将对企业劳资关系产生影响的因素分为三个方面进行梳理,分别是:行为者因素、环境因素以及思想意识因素。

here are many factors impacting enterprise labor relations.They impact it from different sides.To build a harmonious labor relations the stakeholders must address the existence of these factors, analyzed and combine the factors impacting the enterprise labor relations which analysised by a lot of scholars.According to Model of Sang Dewo and the Model of Dunlop, labor relations will affect the enterprise labor relations from three aspects of factors : actors factors, environmental factors and ideological factors.
