r掺杂硼铝酸盐PKU-5催化氧化苯甲硫醚的研究

亚砜在精细有机合成领域是一种重要的中间体。本文采用高温煅烧Cr-PKU-1得到不同Cr掺杂量的Cr-PKU-5硼铝酸盐,并探索了Cr-PKU-5在不同参数下催化氧化苯甲硫醚合成甲基苯基亚砜的催化性能,如Cr 掺杂量、过氧化氢用量、反应温度、反应溶剂类型、反应时长等。当反应在下列优化条件下:温度为338 K,Cr含量为10%,DMF作为溶剂,底物/氧化剂= 1∶4,可得到苯甲硫醚的最佳转化率(63.2%),甲基苯基亚砜的选择性产物可达到90.6%。
Sulfoxide is an important organic intermediate in the field of fine chemicals synthesis. In this paper, Cr-PKU-5 aluminoborates with different Cr content were synthesized by roasting Cr-PKU-1 at higher temperature, and their catalytic performance were investigated with the oxidation of benzoyl sulfide to sulfoxide under the different reaction paremeters, such as Cr doping content, the amount of hydrogen peroxide, reaction temperature, solvents type and reaction interval. The experimental results indicate the optimal conversion (63.2%) and selectivity to sulfoxide (90.6%) were achived when reaction was performed under the following paramters: 338 K reaction temperature, 10 atom% Cr, substrate/oxidant=1:4, and DMF solvent.
