坯革粒面紧实度不足的原因分析及其解决方法

基于TRIZ理论的因果分析工具，对坯革粒面紧实度不足的问题进行了系统的分析，并形成了系列解决方案。经过评价后，确定了在复鞣、中和、染色、加脂工序中加入具有选择性填充或高填充性能的皮革化学品的解决方案，利用其对边腹、空松部位具有的显著填充作用，减少松面率及部位差，从而增加皮革的紧实度和丰满度。改进试验结果表明，坯革粒面的紧实度得到了有效地改善。
Abstract
Based on the causal analysis in TRIZ theory, the insufficient grain firmness of chrome-retanned crust leather was systematically analyzed, and a series of solutions were formed. After evaluation, the solution of adding high selective or filling performance in the retanning, neutralization, dyeing, and fatliquoring process was determined, in which the filler could be selectively and efficiently filled into the insufficient firmness of the crust leather, such as the flanks and loose parts, thereby increasing the firmness and fullness of the leather. The results showed that the firmness of grain surface of crust leather was effectively improved.关键词
