高压空化水射流破碎岩石的试验研究
Experimental study on breaking rock with high-pressure cavitating water jet
高压空化水射流是一种利用空化破坏能量的成功尝试,它比普通高压水射流在冲蚀、破碎能力上有了很大的提高。如何取得最大的破岩效率一直是水射流破岩技术的研究方向。本文利用高压空化水射流装置对砂岩试件进行了破碎实验,实验结果表明:射流的驱动泵压与冲蚀深度成正比;围压增加将使冲蚀深度降低;水射流存在一个最佳靶距;冲蚀时间具有区域性,冲蚀深度最终将趋于稳定,增加不明显;收敛型喷嘴的冲蚀深度远小于缩放型喷嘴的冲蚀深度。
igh-pressure cavitating water jet is successful test in using destruct energy of cavitating. Compare with ordinary high-pressure water jet, it have great increase in erosion, destruct capability. How to get the maximum rock-breaking efficiency is always the aim of the rock-breaking technical research. With equipments of the high-pressure cavitating water jet, experiments of breaking sandstone were made. The relation between effect and cavitating, pump pressure,ambient pressure, standoff distance and erosion time was presented by numerically analyzing the results. A series of experiments of breaking grit stone were carried out with equipments of the high-pressure cavitating water jet. The results show that the erosion depth increases proportionally with the pump pressure and decreases as the ambient pressure increasing on the same experimental condition.
