集流器结构对离心通风机性能的影响研究
Research on the Effect of Bell mouth Structure on the Performance of Centrifugal Fan
采用CFD方法对6种不同结构型式集流器的离心通风机进行模拟计算,以考察集流器结构的变化对离心通风机整体性能的影响。通过对比分析不同结构集流器的离心通风机全压和两个特征截面的速度分布,可以发现锥弧形集流器与整机的匹配最好,圆筒形和圆锥形与整机的匹配最差。以上结论为合理设计与选择集流器改善离心通风机性能提供了依据。
he effects of six types of fan bell mouth on the performance of centrifugal fan are investigated by using the commercial CFD code Fluent. By analyzing the total pressure and velocity distribution of two feature sections of centrifugal fans with different bell mouth forms, it turned out that the cone arc bell mouth was the best in matching with fans, while the cylindrical and conical ones were worse. The conclusion provided the gist for well design and reasonable choose for improving the performance of centrifugal fan.
