芽孢杆菌41B-1对黄萎病菌的抑菌机理

解淀粉芽孢杆菌是一种重要的生物防治微生物,它的代谢产物脂肽具有抗真菌、抗病毒、抗支原体和抗肿瘤活性,还能作为激发子诱导植物产生防御反应。通过色谱和质谱鉴定,41B-1代谢产物中拮抗黄萎病菌V1070的物质为脂肽类伊枯草菌素及其同系物。伊枯草菌素不仅能体外抑制黄萎病菌微菌核的萌发,还能诱导病原菌V1070细胞中的活性氧爆发、细胞肿胀和细胞壁完整性缺失导致细胞的裂解和死亡。裂解细胞和降解的细胞壁会作为病原相关分子模式(PAMP)激发棉花植株的免疫反应。伊枯草菌素本身也能作为激发子诱导棉花植株产生防御反应。这为防治棉花黄萎病的提供了一种有效的途径。
Bacillus amyloliquefaciens is one of most important biological control agents, its metabolites has antifungal, antivirus, resistance of mycoplasma and antitumor activity, also can be used as elicitor induced plant defense response. The isolate can not only restrain Verticillium dahliae in vitro germination, can also induce pathogen V1070 outbreak of active oxygen in the cells, cell swelling and missing cell wall integrity cause of cracking and cell death. Cracking cells and degradation of cell wall can stimulates the cotton plant immune responses as pathogen associated molecular patterns (PAMP). iturins treatment can induced host defense responses, which provides an effective way for the prevention and control of cotton verticillium wilt.
