某高校大学生口腔微生物耐药性分析

随着抗生素的广泛使用,细菌的耐药性日趋严重,特别是多重耐药菌乃至超级细菌的出现对人类的健康构成了日益严重的威胁。本研究采集了20个健康人口腔中细菌样本,并对其中的多重耐药菌进行了分离培养,检测了其耐药性。本研究共分离出多重耐药菌94 株,其中耐药性最为广泛的菌株能对目前常用的氨苄西林,阿莫西林,克林霉素,卡那霉素等抗生素耐药。可见多重耐药菌广泛分布在口腔微生态环境中,这也提示我们口腔也可以作为耐药性储存库理论的理想场所,对耐药菌横向传递发挥重要作用。

With the wide use of antibiotics, the drug resistance of bacteria is becoming more and more serious, especially the increasingly serious threat of the appearance of multidrug resistant bacteria and even super bacteria to humans' health .We collected bacteria samples from 20 healthy people in the oral cavity in this study, separated and cultured the multidrug resistant bacteria and finally detected its drug resistance. We separated 94 strains of multi resistant bacteria in our study, the strongest resistant bacteria of which is resisting to common antibiotics currently, such as ampicillin, amoxicillin, clindamycin, kanamycin, ect. Obviously multidrug resistant bacteria is widely distributed in the oral micro ecological environment. All of these things also reminds us that oral cavity can also be used as an ideal place for the resistance storage library theory, playing an important role in the resistant bacteria lateral transfer.
