血小板源性生长因子在肝星状细胞中的作用及其机制的研究进展
Progress in understanding the role and mechanism of platelet-derived growth factor in hepatic stellate cells
血小板源性生长因子能够促进肝星状细胞增殖，并对肝星状细胞具有趋化作用。但其详细的作用机制尚不明确,可能与血小板源生长因子和其受体结合后细胞外信号调节激酶、三磷酸肌醇激酶、钙通道、磷脂酶C-γ及钠-氢交换等的激活有关。现拟就肝星状细胞与血小板源性生长因子之间的关系的研究作一简要综述。
Platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) have been cast as a major player in growth and activation of hepatic stellate cells, but its role and mechanism in hepatic stellate cells remains to be specified. In this paper,we review the current literature which have been published and summary of the known roles and mechanisms of platelet-derived growth factor in hepatic stellate cells.
