为了研究磁控电弧焊缝跟踪传感器工作过程中温度对磁性能的影响,提出了一种基于ANSYS的磁控电弧焊缝跟踪传感器热-磁耦合分析方法。文中首先对磁控电弧焊缝跟踪系统及传感器进行了概述;而后采用有限元分析方法建立了磁控电弧焊缝跟踪传感器热-磁耦合分析物理模型;应用ANSYS软件对模型先进行了温度场分析和计算,而后基于热分析结果对模型进行磁场分析和计算;并分别对温度场分析、磁场分析的实验验证及模型修改方法进行了阐述;然后提出磁控电弧焊缝跟踪传感器磁热影响系数αΒ,并将αΒ仿真值与αΒ实测值进行对比,结果表明:采用有限元方法得出的热-磁耦合分析结果与试验结果吻合,该方法用于磁控电弧焊缝跟踪传感器分析可行。

thermal- magnetic coupled-field way of analysis of magnetism-control arc seam tracking sensor based on ANSYS is put forward in this thesis to study the thermal influence on magnetism in the sensor working process. In the first place, a general review is provided on the magnetism-control arc seam tracking system and sensor. Then, a thermal- magnetic coupled-field physical modal of magnetism-control arc seam tracking sensor is built in the finite element method. A analysis and calculation of the thermal field is then made in ANSYS; based on the results, the magnetic-field is analysis and calculated. Then a method of experimental verification and modal modification is presented respectively of thermal-field and magnetic-field analysis. This thesis put forward the coefficient αΒ, indicating the thermal-influence on magnetism of magnetism-control arc seam tracking sensor. The comparison between the simulating result with the actual result shows that the two results match. This way is feasible in analyzing magnetism-control arc seam tracking sensor.
