藻类消亡过程中伴生细菌群落功能多样性分析

本文采用BIOLOG方法分析了静态、恒温及遮光条件下藻类消亡过程中其伴生细菌群落的功能多样性,同时运用显微镜观察藻类细胞密度及种属鉴定。结果表明:静置38 d,裸藻门降解了58.33%,而硅藻门降解率最小,仅有20.19%。随静置时间增加,藻类伴生菌的AWCD值显著增加(p<0.05)。不同静置时间藻类消亡期其伴生菌对6类碳源的优先利用种类和利用程度存在明显差异。微生物群落主成分分析(PCA)表明藻类静置消亡过程中其伴生细菌群落有明显不同,起分异作用的碳源主要是糖类,其次是氨基酸类和多聚物类。群落的Simpson指数(D)、Shannon指数(H)和丰富度指数(S)变化趋势一致,结果表现为18d﹥38d﹥5d﹥0d。研究结果将为揭示"藻-菌"互作机理提供科学依据。
In this study, the associated bacterial community functional diversity during degradation of the algae was determined, and using the method of substrate utilization profiling (BIOLOG), meanwhile, the number and species of algae were examined using the microscope. The results indicated that Euglenophyta decreased for 58.33% from 0 d to 38 d, while, the smallest degradation of Bacillariophyta for 20.19%. AWCD values increased during the static periods from 0 d to 38 d (P<0.05). There were significant differences in the pattern and level of carbon sources utilized by the algal associated bacteria. The principal component analysis (PCA) showed that there were differences in the algal associated bacterial community functional diversity during different static stages, and the differentiation of the carbon source was mainly sugar, followed by the amino acid and polymer classes. The Simpson's index (D) was in accordance with Shannon's diversity (H) and species richness (S), it was measured that 18d﹥38d﹥5d﹥0d.
