用稳定分布拟合方法研究铝合金点焊接触电阻的统计规律

接触电阻是电阻点焊熔核形成与数值模拟的重要参数,决定着模拟精度。作者首次提出电阻点焊接触电阻的计算模型,通过求解方程组得到的工件/工件、工件/电极之间的接触电阻,并将其作为统计抽样检验的数据,本文利用稳定分布去拟合工件间的接触电阻,并与正态分布的拟合做比较,对拟合曲线做了非参数 检验和分位数检验,结果表明:稳定分布能更好的拟合工件间的接触点电阻。

ontact resistance is the key parameters of the forming nugget and the numerical simulation in spot welding. In this paper, new equation is firstly put forward to calculate contact resistance of aluminum alloys, Stable distribution is used to fit contact resistance according to the solution of the equations, it also compared with normal distribution fit and do non-parameter test and pp-plot test. The results show that contact resistance of aluminum alloy is stable distribution between work-pieces contact resistance.
