Numerical simulation on mechanical characteristics of drilling shaft lining consisting of double steel sheet and confined concrete

运用ADINA有限元程序,对双层钢板约束混凝土钻井井壁围压作用下的力学性能进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明,在同样的含钢量情况下,随着内外钢板厚度之比d1/d2的增大,钢板对混凝土的约束效应更加明显,复合井壁的极限承载力随之提高。这说明,仅考虑环向荷载时,将更多的钢板置于井壁内侧更为经济和合理。

ppropriated ADINA finite element system,models were built to make numerical simulations on mechanical characteristics of drilling shaft lining consisting of double steel sheet and confined concrete under confining pressure.The results show that,on the premise of the same used of steel,assume that rotio of the thickness of inner steel to outer steel is d1/d2,with the increase of d1/d2, binding effect between steel and concrete is strengthening, ultimate strength of composite shaft lining is increasing.So that, when concerned only about confining pressure, a large proportion of inner steel is more economic and rationality.
